You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the conditions.
The conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Purchase of products
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web-site.
- We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Hopewells.
- As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
- Dimensions are approximate and should not be relied upon to be exact.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the our terms & conditions.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
- The contract will be concluded in English.
Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must: - Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information. - Be over 18 years of age - Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Our website may differ to prices offered in store. Offers may apply to either online only or in store only. It is the responsibilty of the customer to check an item is available to view and or purchase in store before travelling. Hopewells Limited is not responsible for your time or travel expenses in the event an item is not available in store.
Charges and Options
All charges are made in GBP £.
Delivery will usually be £30 within mainland UK. We can organise overseas carriage by arrangement/quotation, costs may vary.
We do not offer split deliveries although we will try to accommodate your request if possible. An additional delivery may incur further cost to you the customer.
Colours and finishes may vary from the on screen representation. Please request a sample if you require a specific finish.
Dimensions stipulated on this website are approximate and may vary within a reasonable tolerance.
If you notify us within the one year guarantee period of any defect or fault which your goods have developed, provided that our inspection confirms that the defect or fault is covered by our guarantee, we will take such measures as may be necessary to rectify the problem to your reasonable satisfaction. Reasonable wear and tear will be taken into account and a charge may be made for goods or parts as necessary.
If after supplying replacement goods on one occasion we cannot satisfy your requirements due to faulty items, we reserve the right to uplift the goods, refund any monies due, and consider the order cancelled. A refund amount may be adjusted in accordance with reasonable charge in lieu of usage.
Payment must be made prior to delivery being arranged.
If for any reason goods are not paid for in full prior to delivery the goods remain the property of Hopewells Ltd. until fully paid.
Deliveries can only be made to one address for each purchase made.
We deliver to mainland UK only!
When stock items are purchased on line you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and all items should be returned in a saleable condition. If collection of an item is required, where goods are not faulty we will charge you the cost of collection which will be discussed prior to arrangements being made.
The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition and items must be returned in the original packaging.
If you are returning large goods, this must be done by prior arrangement to ensure our goods inwards facility is available to your chosen courier. The cost of returning goods must be borne by you (the customer).
Special order items cannot be cancelled after 7 days from order date has elapsed.
Returns can be made through either of these options:
Returns via a courier - This would be arranged by the customer direct with a courier service and all costs met by the customer.
Returns via Hopewells - We would make the necessary arrangements for collection and discuss collection charges with you at the time.
How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products? We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach the account within 7 working days. Timing will however depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charges will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
