The Consul chair & stool is a great value design and shouldn't be overlooked.
This is the new power version featuring the Classic Base styling but instead of needing a footstool, you simply press a button on the side of the chair to extend a footrest that is cleverly tucked away under the seat when not required. Choose from a single power motor for leg support or a dual power motor for leg and back support. This base option made from solid laminated beech and now available in eight different wood stains.
Medium or Large? Choose the size that is right for you. We do find the medium is the most popular size but if you want more room then opt for the large. We always recommend trying our display models in store to ensure you choose the correct chair for you.
The Stressless Consul is built with both style and comfort in mind. The Stressless® PlusTM system automatically adjusts the headrest as you recline, meaning that even when fully reclined, your head is comfortably supported for reading or watching TV rather than leaving you staring up at the ceiling, but If you choose to, you can activate the sleep function, allowing the headrest to lay flat, so you have the best of both worlds in terms of comfort!
